Brendan works with Open Arms, MESHA, Trojans Trek and the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management in Tasmania delivering Mental Health First Aid courses and other programs including “Living our Vales” and “Curious Minds”.
Brendan utilises his lived experience of trauma and recovery. He is passionate about first responders and veterans’ mental health. Brendan says “if my story of recovery from a stroke and PTSD can assist others, then I see it as ‘my duty’ and living within my value set to share it”.
