Disasters are our business. In times of flood, bushfire, cyclone or pandemic Disaster Relief Australia is here to help.
When disaster strikes, we work hard to help the most vulnerable in need. Disaster Relief Australia works in communities affected by disasters to strengthen resilience and deliver much needed relief and recovery services.
In Australia and across the globe, disasters are increasing in frequency and intensity. It costs between $5 – $6 million each year to keep our teams on the ground.
A week, month or even years later, our volunteers are there continuing to assist in keeping the community safe and get residents back into their homes and help people rebuild their lives.
But we can’t do it alone. We need your help.
Donations to Disaster Relief Australia’s Recovery and Resilience fund support our volunteer teams to bring a sense of hope and be of the utmost service to those most vulnerable and in need.
