Disaster Relief and Recovery Tasmania was launched in April 2022. Since it was launched, DRRT TAS volunteers have completed multiple service projects and short-term operations, including:
Short-Term and Engagement Projects – Ongoing
Various property maintenance projects delivered in collaboration with the Tasmanian Government, NGOs, and veterans’ support organisations. Activities include removing storm-damaged trees, clearing firebreaks, supporting vulnerable community members, and undertaking prevention work.
